Welcome to A Healing Place'sPain and Suffering Survey
Now more than ever people are struggling to find ways to effectively manage their pain.
- Some pain patients have been using opioid medication for years without abusing, misusing, or selling them. However, due to new regulatory actions in the wake of the opioid epidemic, they are losing access to their primary pain management tool.
- Other patients find opioid medication problematic, but are not made aware of alternative pain management techniques. Some leading complaints about opioid medication is their potential for dependence, increased sensitivity to pain, constipation, and emotional/cognitive difficulties.
- Another segment of the pain population would like to manage their pain without opioids, but have no idea where to start.
You may identify with one or more of the above situations, or your pain management journey may be an even more unique and complex experience. Whatever the case, it is our mission to help pain patients find resources to not only effectively manage their pain, but also their suffering – even if it’s not with our program.
We’re ready to help.

Evaluating your pain management plan
Start by taking our Pain and Suffering Survey to help determine the severity of your situation.
The survey is designed to help you identify potential problems with chronic pain and any other coexisting disorders. This 15 question survey only takes about 2-4 minutes to complete. If you have a question, just contact us.
Please review each question carefully and pick the answer that best applies to you over the past six months.
After you complete the questionnaire, a screen will appear. To receive your score, please enter in your Contact Information. In effort to protect your privacy, you will be sent an email with your score and some additional information. Results may be forwarded to a spam box, so check your different inbox folders.
We will not use your email for any other purposes than sending your score and keeping you informed about the work we are doing at A Healing Place – The Estates.
